Brief
Top Gear Festival was the first in the series of shows to take place outdoors, and to include even more thrills and spills. We were asked to come up with a campaign which could be adapted for future venues and which instantly shouted 'outdoors'!
Solution
Our solution was simple: we borrowed from the superb cinematography used on the TV show and used hi-contrast, polarised imagery. We then included a shot of the location (which could be tailored from year to year) and created a new 'festival' logo.
Result
The show was launched in Dublin—and then in Johannesburg—to great acclaim.
